Previously, Roger retired after 28 years of military service in Special Operations. Not only has he proven his utility within the military profession, Roger has exceeded at any leadership position and engendered unyielding trust with his superiors and subordinates alike.

Roger earned a MS from University of Kansas in Lawrence in Interagency Studies, a Masters in Education from Troy State University in Troy, AL, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Troy State University.
